The club is offering sessions which will focus on soccer specific fitness and strength.  The benefits gained from these sessions for the players will include:

  • Gaining more knowledge on soccer specific fitness and strength
  • Gaining knowledge on what you can do on your own over the summer - to prepare for HS / college sessions
  • How to incorporate the ball and ball striking into your fitness routine
  • Having a direct comparison of your fitness level to a college soccer player's fitness level.
  • Goalkeeper specific training
