The role of the Coach is to create positive, fun, and active learning environments based on games and challenges. Almost all players of any age want to improve, want to compete, and want to have fun doing it. As players get older and start to play at higher levels, not all aspects of practice are fun but in the developmental stage fun keeps the players coming back. By embracing this role, by creating the fun and positive learning environment, the coach will be able to help keep more young players in the game.
